Payment Policy

Your emailed invoice will indicate the amount of time you have for making the full payment. Typically the expectation is 5 days after invoice is emailed. If you are paying by mailing a check, the envelope must be postmarked by 5 days after the invoice date. If full payment is not received by the established due date, you will be subject to a late payment fee. This fee is initially $25.00 for being late, plus an additional $5 per day that your payment is not received. Please avoid this situation and pay your bill. If paying by cash, please make arrangements to drop it with me at an agreed upon location. Venmo is offered as a way to quickly and easily make full payment without incurring a late fee.

Please communicate about your intended payment method and ask questions preferably before services are rendered. We appreciate your prompt payment very much and expect to be compensated in full for our conscientious work with your pet(s).

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled services must be canceled 3 full days before the service to avoid being fully or partially charged. Clients who make cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged in full for the cancelled service. Please be courteous and conscientious.

DOYLESTOWNDOGS reserves the right to waive these charges based upon factors such as extreme weather, illness, and circumstances beyond the client’s control.
